The Re-Huse Process
Our rubber compounding process is a blend of art and science, designed for efficiency and consistency:
- Master Batch Production: Large volumes of well-mixed rubber compounds are created, focusing on high efficiency and reduced mixing times.
- Final Batch Processing: The Master Batch is blended with accelerators and curatives using KNEADER and TWO-ROLL MIXING Mill technology. This stage, enhanced with a stock blender and cooling system, ensures an even mix and superior quality.
